Started mash at 150F 2/11/2015 2:00:33 PM : Was too hot 162F quickly added water to cool down temp and added amylase enzyme to the mash to help conversion. Achieve 59% efficency. The hot initial sparge water likely killed some of the enzymes. Adding Corn sugar 12oz to offset it OG 1.050 2/11/2015 5:59:14 PM : Pitched yeast at 75F us05 xfer to secondary 1.004 2/25/2015 1:00:32 PM : added dry hops, smelled a little stale been in a ziplock baggy for 2 weeks FG 1.004 Hops settled to bottom after 2 days bottled with 3.7 oz corn sugar and silver caps 2/28/2015 12:50:45 PM :
